1. The qualities required of a leader ЁЯСи‍ЁЯТ╝ЁЯСй‍ЁЯТ╝
     
      Every one wants a good leader for guide us.  The whole crew will believe the leader blindly and follow him or her. The people will followed the instructions which was given by the leader and they wants to spend all of their money and time properly. And they believed the leader and spend all with the hope.

 

Quality no 1: The leader should think in a        different perspective. He or she should think about the future in different perspective than other people. This is the FIRST QUALITY for the leader. 

Quality no 2: The leader should be stay close with their crew people. Then only they will believe him or her. He or she should develop the friendly relationship with the crew people. 

Quality no 3: Not everyone were born with the familiar and successful backgrounds. The most leaders were faced many struggles and obstacles in their life and they achieve and turned to be a successful person or leader in this society. So the people will notice your current situation and also they will see your past life, reward and awards, obstacles what you faced., everything.  Maybe you will be the role model for many in future.

         Whatever happens in your life, no matter what it is, find the positive way and turn the situation as your advantage. And this will only happened by the practice. We should practice this in our life. Then automatically every problem will give you the opportunity.


2. Self reflection creates leader:

     If you wants to be a successful in your life, first you should set a goal. Then you cannot easily achieve your goal, it's a big and huge process because the path to your success not easy. The gates will not open when you set the goal.
 
   You may face many ups and downs in that path and also that is the only way that you can learn from yourself. Here YOU ARE THE TEACHER, GUIDE, FRIEND for you. 

    Nature always provides opportunity for us. But it will work only when you find your SOUL. It will only guide you at every situation.


3. Learn all you can from an ordealЁЯОп

      If you get a new job, you will work hard and put all of your efforts for get a appreciation from others. If you not get that recognition, you will get disappointed and you started to blame your boss and colleagues. Then you started to hate everyone and every situation 
 
    Everyone can relate this situations in their life. Everyone will face this situation at least once in their life.
    This is common. So you should see this situation in a different perspective so only you can turned to be leader. You should understand the situation and find the opportunity to turn that situation into positive, it will only happen by yourself. 
   In our life we already faced many problems. And also we came over from that situations.
We have that the power to overcome from everything. 


4. Do not live a life of excuse ЁЯСе
  
     In this world,  you are not the only one who is facing all sort of problems in your life. Everyone is facing their own problems in their life. So you should open your eyes and heart and look around you and try to understand, that you are not a exceptional.

 Many are facing a health issues, financial issues, mental health issues etc., SAME BOAT AS YOU....

   Many successful people are not easily got their opportunities, they also faced many problems and they used that hard situations as their opportunity and create their success from that.
    
1st step: Don't blame others and don't the situation for your problem.ЁЯдР

2nd step: Accept the fate. And having the courage to accept the life.

3rd step: Learn from the hard situation. This lesson will be the priceless treasure.

4th step: Never depend on other and live alone and independent. It will improve your strength. 

5. Determination and will power open up a path:
 

      In some time the situation will be more hard to accept, you may lost everything. 
In that time you can see what you have now?
And create a new path with it. Start something new.

 Think something about your school or college days. Maybe you have some hidden talents, try to find out those hidden talents.
Use your mind and find out those hidden talents. Because now a days every school's provide lot of opportunities to develop the skills for students. 
  Many people were succeeding their life without having hands, legs, eyes, etc., we all know many people like that disabilities but they not at all consider that as a disability and they find a way and achieve something in their life.
   
   But we simply say, NAH, I CAN'T!

6. Devise way of becoming invisible ЁЯХ╡️‍♀️ЁЯХ╡️‍♂️

    Sometimes you can feel in some point of time that, you need some other to help for you. It's so common. If you put all of your efforts and now you can use others for your help.

    He is the founder of Panasonic, he developed this in Japan. In some point of time, he needs others for his help. So he panned to open other branches in the country and provide some other workers.

       And also he allow them to work independently. So the workers work freely and develop by their wish. Now they succeed. 

7. Go further than a usual limitations:
   
        If you have any good idea, its so good. And If you have some one good with you too will make you become more successful. 
 

      If the fish seller get the fish from the market and he wants to sell it. 
     So first he wants to choose the place and perfect time to sell it.
     If he also have some one with him.  They both can sell it with the short time. And also they can sell more fish.
   Then they can appoint more than 3 workers and start a branch over the area and can sell the fish at a time.
     
      So don't make any limitations to make money. Use opportunists and make money.

1. Find demand:
 Look up for the demand what people need the most. Otherwise it will be flop. 
Eg:  In Japan there is some cake, which is more famous. But it is only for elders.
 So another team manufactured the new kind of cake for all age group of people and also provide every flavor.
  So they choose the demanding one and they got profit on that.

2. Think about further development: 
     Eg: That new cake shop stopped to introduce more product. So their success also be stopped.
     Next stage is more important. 

9. Financial strength provides the power of overcome difficulties ЁЯТ╕ЁЯТ░:

  Do you think your worries are more typical?
But 70 to 80% of worries will solved by achieving economic stability.
 
 If you earn 10 times more than your present income, your 80% of worries will be disappeared. This is 100% true.
 
1. Accept the situation and learn to life with that money. 
                                 Or
2. Make more money in every opportunity you have.
  Find out the hidden talents and make money from it.
   Think about the future and try it.

 If you having inferiority complex after the age of 20 to 30 years, about you were not completed your schooling or college .
        It's just a satisfaction for yourself to make comfortable yourself. 
      We all know many people who achieve in their life without passing in their school and also college, but they achieve in their life. 
   They dont have any inferiority complex, they can learn and develop their knowledge 2 to 3 times more. 

   Age is not a matter, try to learn everything and every topics. Dont stuck with inferiority complex.
